MEDIA RELEASE TERMS

I hereby grant permission to Sovaa and its representatives, employees, agents, and assigns (collectively referred to as "Organizer") to take and use photographs, digital images, videos, and/or audio recordings of me during the event for which I’ve registered.

I authorize the Organizer to:

Record my participation, appearance, image, likeness, and voice through any medium, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, audio, and video recordings (collectively, "Media").

Use, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publish, and display the Media, in whole or in part, individually or combined with other materials, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, including but not limited to:

  • Printed materials (brochures, newsletters, etc.)
  • Organizer's website and social media channels
  • Promotional and marketing materials
  • Educational materials
  • Press releases and media coverage

Use my name, likeness, and biographical information in connection with such Media at the Organizer's discretion. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No Compensation: I understand and agree that I will not receive any compensation for the use of the Media and that the Organizer shall own all rights to the Media, including copyright.

No Approval Rights: I understand that I will not have the opportunity to review or approve the Media before it is used.

Duration and Territory: This release is valid worldwide and in perpetuity (or for the maximum period permitted by applicable law).

Waiver: I hereby release and discharge the Organizer from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have regarding the use of the Media, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, or any other personal or property rights.

For Virtual Events: For virtual participation, I understand that my image, voice, name, and other information that I voluntarily provide during the event may be captured and used according to this release. 

PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I confirm that I have read and fully understand this release by signing below. I agree that this release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
